We are looking for candidates with boundless creativity to fill our game world with believable and exciting content consisting of communities and events that player will encounter.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Daily Responsibilities<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Designing and implementing communities and open world events using a proprietary toolset.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining the highest possible quality of open world content and fixing reported bugs.<\/li>\n<li>Cooperating with other departments.<\/li>\n<li>Creating and maintaining documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualifications<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in modding games (c RPGs and open world games preferred).<\/li>\n<li>Real passion for playing games (c RPGs or pen &amp; paper role playing systems).<\/li>\n<li>Well developed communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Boundless creativity and strong visual aesthetic.<\/li>\n<li>Strong critical and analytical thinking.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>For Specialist Level Candidates Additionally Must Have<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 2 years of experience in working as an Open World Designer, Mission Designer or on a similar position on AAA project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please enclose a cover letter in English to your application.<\/p>\n<p>As a part of this recruitment process, selected candidates are always asked to perform a test which is to design, create and fill an open world area with given elements.
