You would be welcomed to a friendly, inclusive environment where you can learn, and collaborate with some of the most talented people in the industry.<\/p>\n<p>Rockstar Games is seeking an energetic and well-organized Production Assistant to join our production team and support their day-to-day efforts to create the world\u2019s best video game character animation. This is a full-time permanent position based in our cutting-edge performance capture studio in Bethpage, Long Island.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>What We Do<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Performance Capture team at Rockstar is responsible for storyboarding, directing, and capturing all live actor data for use in Cinematics and in-game animations.<\/li>\n<li>We work with bleeding-edge technology to capture actors\u2019 movement, facial, and audio data to create photo realistic content in our games.<\/li>\n<li>We fabricate sets, customize hardware, create props, and utilize every tool possible to improve the quality of our shoots.<\/li>\n<li>We capture the core data that serves as the backbone for our story and in-game animations across all of Rockstar\u2019s titles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Responsibilities<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare stage and supporting areas for capture and ensure an ongoing readiness state.<\/li>\n<li>Attend to on-site talent needs during production.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare performers for body and face capture.<\/li>\n<li>Setup and coordinate meals and catering for crew and talent.<\/li>\n<li>Support build teams with prop and set construction.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support to Director, Stage Manager and Production crew.<\/li>\n<li>Provide daily assistance to Studio Manager.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Studio Coordinator on administration tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Research and purchase needed equipment and supplies.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and organize our studio and facility.<\/li>\n<li>Track inventory and restock supplies throughout the studio.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and manage the vehicle maintenance for studio van.<\/li>\n<li>Drive talent and staff as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Qualifications<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working in production.<\/li>\n<li>A valid drivers license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Skills<br \/>\n<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to physically lift and move heavy objects and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and passionate.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Extremely organized and responsive.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with the ability to perform jobs efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Possess disciplined workflow practices with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.<\/li>\n<li>Tremendous reliability &amp; commitment quality work and performance.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to stay calm, work hard, and be dedicated to finding solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Strong technological problem-solving skills and a high-level attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PLUSES<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please note that these are desirable skills and are not required to apply for the position.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carpentry skills.<\/li>\n<li>Thorough understanding and passion for Rockstar Games.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>How To Apply<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please apply with a CV and cover-letter demonstrating how you meet the skills above.
